Joseph was reportedly, sitting next to the conductor of the minibus when the accident occurred.Tappin was still clearly shaken up at what he witnessed, and he was in a temporary state of paralysis.“Speaking as a professional driver, when you invest millions of dollars in a vehicle you have a responsibility to drive carefully,” said Tappin, “especially when the lives of others are involved.”It was only earlier that very Tuesday morning that Tappin was travelling in another minibus along the East Coast Demerara Public Road, when that driver also had him clutching his seat due to the reckless manner of his driving. |
