That company was identified as the New Guyana Pharmaceutical Corporation (GPC) Ltd. in the Auditor General’s Report for 2009.In his examination of the Ministry of Health, the Auditor General highlights this expenditure and points out that approvals were obtained from the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board for the contract awards.
