今天在中和收冷氣的時候被顧客這樣問，因為他打算換有暖氣功能的機種。
我問客人，他口中的耐用是否包含著經濟實惠。我這句話是什麼意思呢？因為耐用和經濟實惠並不劃上等號。
何謂耐用？舉例來說A廠商製造十萬台，而B廠商也製造十萬台。A廠商有百分之九十的冷氣機讓使用者使用十年，而B廠商只有百分之八十的比例讓使用者用十年，從數字上是A廠商比較耐用。
何謂經濟實惠？雖然A廠商比B廠商耐用，不過售價多出B廠商一半價錢，但是B廠商的一台半冷氣使用時間會比A廠商來得更久許多。以長久使用來說，B廠商比A廠商省錢許多。
寫到此，大家有什麼想法呢？我認為以買賣物品的角度來說，消費者永遠也佔不了便宜。
