According to Samuels, Wilson then entered his car with two “salt” bags and a blanket.Moore, a “clothes seller” told the court that on the same Sunday morning, he was coming from Club L&L when he solicited a drop from Samuels who already had Wilson in the car. He stated that he merely entered the car as a passenger to be transported home.Meanwhile, Wilson who is a miner and mason told the court that “I have the responsibility because I have stolen property but I purchased it from two guys. I didn’t know the stuff was stolen.
