The charges will run currently.And Charity resident Emelda Benn was refused bail by Magistrate Faith Mc Gusty when she made her first appearance at the Suddie Magistrate’s Court on a charge of administering a noxious substance to her neighbour, who is a minor.According to police, on October 28 last, at Charity, Benn gave Gramoxone to an unnamed minor, who remains hospitalized. |
